About Estela Rivero
Estela Rivero is an Associate at the Population Council office in Mexico, where she is responsible of the development and supervision of gender, youth, and reproductive-health projects. She holds a Ph.D. in demography and public affairs from Princeton University. Prior to joining the Council, she was a Professor-Researcher with the Center for Demographic, Urban, and Environmental Studies at El Colegio de México (COLMEX) where she conducted qualitative and quantitative research on gender, aging, health, and migration, among other topics.
