Werner Peña is on the staff of the Dr. Guillermo Manuel Ungo Foundation, where he conducts research on demographic transitions and social-protection systems. He is also estimating the NTA for El Salvador. He has a B.A. in Economics from the Central American University "José Simeón Cañas.”
