About Arjan Bruil

Arjan Bruil studied general economics at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and has conducted market research. Currently, he is a researcher in the Sector Accounts Department, part of the National Accounts at Statistics Netherlands. He is responsible for the households sector and for non-profit institutions serving households. Earlier with Statistics Netherlands, he worked on the development of new statistics for labour accounts, the illegal economy, and local taxes. He is working toward a Ph.D. at the University of Tilburg, focusing on the development of the NTA framework for the Netherlands.
