The local host, CREFAT, has arranged conference hotels at a special NTA group rate for Dakar, checking in June 19 and departing June 20, and Saly, checking in June 20 and departing June 25. All participants should contact CREFAT at their earliest convenience in order to secure their hotel room.

Deadline for securing rooms: May 5, 2016.

• Rooms are already booked at Onomo Hotel. In order to assign you a room, we ask you to please confirm your participation by e-mail and send us your name and flight plan before Tuesday, May 5, 2016.
• There is no room charge for an additional person. There is an additional charge for breakfast of US$10 per person.
• Full payment of your stay at the hotel is required at check in.
• Cancellation policy: Any individual room cancellations made within 10 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation charge. No shows on arrival will be subject to a one night cancellation charge.

• Cost: CFA 70,000 (approximately US$120) per day inclusive of tax
• Rooms are available for check in on Monday, June 20, at 2 p.m and check out on Saturday, June 25, at noon.
• Rooms are already booked at Le Lamantin Hotel. In order to assign you a room, we ask you to please confirm your participation by e-mail and send us your name and flight plan before May 5, 2016.
• Rates are good for three days prior to and three days after the main conference dates.
• Charges for additional persons:
  • Children 3 years old and under are complimentary in the same room, a cradle will be installed in the room without charge.
  • Children between 3 and 12 years old are complimentary in the same room; a bed will be added in the room. There is an additional charge of US$60 per day to cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks.
  • Adults and children over the age of 12 years old are complimentary in the same room; a bed will be added in the room. There is an additional charge of US$86 per day to cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks.
• Full payment of your stay at the hotel is required at check in.
• Cancellation policy:
  • If the booking is cancelled within 30 to 15 days before the arrival date 50% of the amount of the room must be paid.
  • If there is a cancellation in the last 14 days before the arrival date 100% must be paid.
